Tehiru Aerial Systems is pushing the boundaries of airborne software and hardware integration, building next-generation technologies for both airborne and ground-based interception systems. We are looking for an experienced UAV pilot to join our team and lead field testing and operational deployments. The role includes conducting field trials and customer demonstrations, delivering training sessions, providing technical support, and documenting flight operations, while working closely with the engineering team to support the continuous improvement of the product.

This position requires a minimum commitment of one year and advanced FPV piloting skills, with particular expertise in flying FPV racing drones.

You will be responsible for ensuring successful flight, extracting insights from flight data, and improving the robustness of drone systems through rigorous testing and engineering collaboration.

• Manage and execute flight operations and customer demos, including PoC implementation. 
• Collect, document, and analyze flight data to drive system improvements
• Ensure all flight data is properly processed, validated, and delivered to relevant teams
• Work closely with software and hardware teams to translate flight insights into product improvements
• Ensure standardization and enforcement of test safety, equipment readiness, and regulatory compliance across all company-wide testing activities.

• Lead testing efforts, including validation, stress testing, and failure analysis
• Improve testing workflows and operational efficiency

• A valid UAV Pilot License (up to 25 kg)
• High level FPV flight experience with strong stick control and situational awareness - At least 50 FPV flight hours
• Proficiency in drone assembly and troubleshooting skills across: Hardware systems & Embedded systems
• Familiarity with flight operations / drone demos
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• High level of commitment, responsibility, and willingness to work in the field under dynamic conditions

The following skills are a plus, but not required:

• Field or combat military service experience, particularly with hands-on FPV drone operation.
• Military command or instruction course completion, combined with verified training or teaching experience.
