About the Role

This is a highly impactful opportunity for a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to design and deploy cutting-edge GenAI applications. You will play a key role in shaping agentic systems that power intelligent user experiences across high-traffic platforms, working at scale to deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end agentic systems for production environments
• Build scalable GenAI solutions using state-of-the-art techniques across multiple use cases
• Define and implement robust evaluation frameworks, including new metrics and evaluation strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams to translate business needs into ML solutions
• Conduct deep-dive data analysis, including model performance evaluation and feature exploration
• Optimise system performance, ensuring latency and scalability requirements are met
• Drive adoption of GenAI best practices and emerging technologies
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring team members and contributing to overall team capability

Desired Skills and Experience

• Proven experience building and deploying GenAI applications in production environments
• Strong expertise in agentic systems and large-scale NLP solutions
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience delivering end-to-end ML solutions at scale
• Hands-on experience with Python, LangChain, SQL, and Spark or similar technologies
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous requirements
• Experience working on high-traffic, large user base platforms
• Solid grounding in experimentation, evaluation, and ML performance optimisation
• Strong coding standards with experience writing maintainable, production-quality code
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
