We’re hiring a Technical Account / Project Manager to lead complex technology projects, work closely with strategic clients, and drive execution across cross-functional teams. If you combine strong project leadership, client-facing experience, technical understanding, and a solid grasp of capital markets, this could be a great fit. 

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technology projects with clients from requirements definition through implementation and production go-live. 
• Manage ongoing relationships with strategic clients, including expectation management, work plan creation, and execution follow-up. 
• Coordinate and lead internal cross-functional work with Development, QA, DevOps, Product, and Support teams. 
• Translate business needs and client requirements into clear implementation plans and actionable workstreams. 
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, blockers, and priorities across multiple interfaces and stakeholders. 
• Lead status meetings, track action items, and drive processes to completion. 
• Support implementation processes, launches, product changes, and ongoing client-related operational matters. 
• Operate effectively in a dynamic environment with multiple concurrent priorities and changing business needs. 

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technology project management and/or technical account management. 
• Proven experience working with business and enterprise clients – required. 
• Strong understanding of technology systems, software development processes, and implementation lifecycle – required. 
• Strong understanding of capital markets / fintech / trading systems – required. 
• Hands-on experience working with Development, QA, and Product teams – required. 
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional interfaces, manage multiple parallel tasks, and work in a structured and organized manner. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation, assertiveness, and the ability to work independently. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English. 
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools – required.
