At BARAQ-AI, we are building the continuous optimization and runtime layer for the Agentic Economy. We solve the enterprise "Efficiency Crunch"—dropping GenAI and Agentic compute costs by up to 90% across both Cloud and On-Premises environments without losing task accuracy.

We are a high-caliber team of Unit 8200 and Google Cloud Senior Infrastructure veterans. As we hit a critical inflection point, we are looking for a visionary, hyper-connected VP of Business Development & Investor Relations to join our executive team and drive our global expansion.

• Incredible Momentum: We are currently working on a significant funding round with top-tier U.S. and Israeli VCs.
• Enterprise Validation: We are actively moving through advanced technical pipelines and pilot deployments with some of the largest enterprise tech giants, financial institutions, and strategic defense organizations globally.

As our VP of BizDev & IR, you will report directly to the CEO and take full ownership of our global commercial strategy and fundraising execution:

• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead end-to-end fundraising processes, manage relationships with global VCs, CVCs, and family offices, and prepare investment materials/pitches.
• Strategic Partnerships & GTM: Build, negotiate, and scale strategic alliances with global cloud providers, system integrators, and channel distributors to accelerate revenue.
• Enterprise Sales Pipeline: Expand and manage our pipeline of Fortune 500 clients, converting early-stage pilot interest into long-term commercial contracts.
• Strategic Vision: Work closely with the product and engineering teams to align market feedback with our technical roadmap.

• Experienced Leader: 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Investor Relations within the Deep-Tech, AI infrastructure, Cyber, or SaaS B2B domains.
• Fundraising Track Record: Proven experience in managing fundraising rounds, interacting with institutional investors/VCs, and navigating complex corporate structures.
• The Rolodex: An established, active network of enterprise executives (CPOs, CIOs, CTOs) and top-tier venture capitalists in the US and Israel.
• Technical Fluency: Ability to deeply understand and communicate complex infrastructure concepts (LLMs, inference optimization, compute economics) to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: A builder who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, possesses exceptional negotiation skills, and acts with a strong sense of ownership.
