We are hiring a Technical AI Project Manager for a global high-tech organization located in the Sharon region.

Responsibilities:

Lead cross-organizational AI initiatives from concept to production deployment
Manage and lead AI Agents and automation projects
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization through AI
Work closely with IT, Finance, HR, and Sales teams
Measure business impact and ROI, manage stakeholders, and lead digital transformation initiatives across the organization

Requirements:

5 years of experience in technology project management or Product Management
1 year of experience working with AI projects and AI Agents
Experience with Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar Agent platforms
Experience leading cross-organizational projects in automation or digital transformation domains
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or a related field – advantage
