Senior SAP S/4HANA PP / PP‑PI Consultant (Planning & Manufacturing)

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA PP / PP‑PI Consultant to support our global Planning & Manufacturing transformation program for one of the Client. This role is open to both permanent or B2B/contracting professionals based in Israel, working primarily remote, with occasional on‑site visits to the client as needed.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality process and technical solutions for SAP Planning and Detailed Scheduling processes, including documentation, validation, testing, and data preparation.
• Translate functional business requirements into robust technical solutions and support business teams in defining user requirements.
• Conduct detailed analysis of complex Planning & Manufacturing processes and propose best‑fit solutions aligned with the global template.
• Lead Design and Fit‑to‑Template workshops for SAP S/4HANA PP with local markets/sites; coordinate identification and resolution of requirements, gaps, and deviations.
• Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to ensure process standardization and template alignment.
• Prepare Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and support developers in creating Technical Design Specifications (TDS).
• Perform SAP configuration, build, and unit testing.
• Maintain updated project documentation (design docs, process flows, configuration documents).
• Support data standards, data cleansing, and migration activities.
• Support E2E testing, including test documentation, data preparation, and defect resolution.
• Contribute to cutover planning and execute cutover tasks.
• Report to the Planning Manager and Project Management Team.

🔹 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Planning & Manufacturing modules.
• Strong expertise in SAP PP / PP‑PI and integration with EWM, QM, IM, PM.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP interfaces; exposure to IBP, APO, or Kinaxis RapidResponse is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA PP full‑cycle implementations (one or more end‑to‑end projects required).
• Hands‑on experience in S/4HANA Planning & Manufacturing, ideally in a pharma environment, including configuration, specification, and testing.
