The Role: Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for Operations Coordinators to own city-level performance, optimize fleet operations, and ensure that every delivery runs as smoothly as possible.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee real-time fleet operations to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.

• Optimize courier supply by analyzing demand patterns and implementing operational strategies.

• Monitor key operational KPIs including delivery times, cancellations, courier availability, and reliability.

• Develop and execute courier engagement initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction.

• Support courier onboarding, training, and adherence to operational standards.

• Handle real-time operational challenges and fleet-related escalations.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Expansion, and other teams to support city growth objectives.

• Leverage operational data and dashboards to improve efficiency and utilization.

• Monitor operational costs and contribute to budget optimization efforts.

• Conduct performance reviews and coaching conversations with couriers to improve productivity and service quality.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Fleet Management, or similar environments.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong people skills with the ability to build relationships and influence performance.

• Experience working with operational dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics.

• Hands-on attitude and willingness to be actively involved in day-to-day operations.

• Fluent Hebrew speaker.

• Bonus: Experience in logistics, delivery platforms, transportation, or marketplace operations.
