Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a major Maintenance System (EAM) transition project at a client site in Rehovot.

This role focuses on execution, coordination, and end-to-end delivery of the implementation onsite, acting as the primary driver of day-to-day project activities and ensuring smooth rollout across multiple workstreams. The role serves as a key bridge between local teams and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end implementation activities onsite
• Act as the main point of contact between local teams and global stakeholders
• Manage project execution, timelines, and delivery activities
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and progress review sessions
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution
• Coordinate end-user training and onboarding activities
• Track project progress, risks, and issue resolution
• Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams in a complex implementation environment
• Support documentation and operational readiness activities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, or Implementation roles
• Strong execution and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
• Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously

Advantages

• Experience in system implementation or transformation projects
• Exposure to ERP / EAM systems (e.g., IBM Maximo or similar)
• Experience with UAT cycles and training delivery
