Hardware Engineer

A technology company developing advanced wireless video solutions is looking for an experienced HW Engineer to join an existing hardware team.

The company develops high-quality, zero-latency wireless video transmission products for medical, industrial, cinema, and live production environments. Its technology enables reliable, real-time video transmission for complex professional applications where performance, clarity, and robustness are critical.

This is an on-site role within an existing hardware team, with end-to-end responsibility for board-level design — from requirements and specifications through design, documentation, testing, validation, and approval for mass production.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-speed digital boards from requirements definition through validation and release to mass production.
• Own hardware design processes, including specifications, documentation, testing, debugging, and design optimization.
• Work on high-speed design and Signal Integrity concepts for advanced wireless video products.
• Collaborate closely with mechanics, software, and other engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Use lab equipment for board bring-up, testing, debugging, and performance validation.
• Optimize designs for quality, cost reduction, manufacturability, and high-volume production.

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in high-speed board design
• Strong experience with high-speed digital design and board-level development
• Proven hands-on experience with board bring-up, testing, debugging, and validation
• Experience working in multidisciplinary environments and collaborating with software and mechanical teams
• Ability to own hardware design from requirements to production release
