We are recruiting a Senior R&D Manager for an organization located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage development teams, including professional mentoring and technological leadership
Work hands-on developing systems based on .NET / .NET Core and React
Design architecture for Cloud and Microservices-based systems
Integrate advanced AI tools and Generative AI solutions into development processes
Work closely with Product, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders while driving Delivery and continuous improvement processes

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in software development
3+ years of experience managing development teams
Significant hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core, React, and SQL Server
Experience designing architecture for complex systems and Microservices
Experience and strong understanding of AI / Generative AI environments, including AI development tools such as: Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot
