We are a fast-growing, data-driven global SaaS company looking for a powerhouse Growth Marketing Team Lead to spearhead the evolution of our main brand.
This isn’t just a management role; it’s about owning the conversion engine of our primary revenue driver while overseeing critical acquisition channels across the organization. The Core Mission
- Squad Leadership: Direct management of a cross-functional growth squad (Design, Copywriting, and Web Development) dedicated to our core product.
- Conversion Engine: Full ownership of the top-of-funnel and relentless Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to turn traffic into active users.
- Company-Wide Oversight: Leading the strategy and execution for Search Engine Marketing (SEM/UA) and Email Marketing across all company touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Own the hypothesis, execution, and measurement of A/B tests and funnel improvements.
- Cross-Company Channel Management: Oversee specialists managing Search Engine Acquisition and Email Marketing, ensuring these channels perform at scale.
- Squad Operations: Lead the day-to-day workflow for your dedicated designer, copywriter, and developers to ensure high-velocity, high-quality output.
- Top-Funnel Strategy: Align search intent with on-page experience and post-click retention via email, creating a seamless user journey.
- Rapid Experimentation: Maintain a rigorous testing backlog—from ad copy and search keywords to landing page layouts and email automation sequences.
- Data-Driven Leadership: Partner with data teams to build dashboards tracking key growth KPIs, providing clear insights on how your squad and channels drive the bottom line.
Requirements (Must-Haves)
⚠️ Please note: This position strictly requires proven experience in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry and a direct-to-consumer/small business orientation.
- 5+ years of Growth/Performance Marketing experience in a B2C or B2SMB SaaS environment – A MUST.
- Proven Leadership: Hands-on experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (Designers, Developers, or Marketing Specialists).
- CRO Expertise: A track record of measurably improving conversion rates through structured A/B testing and funnel optimization.
- Search & Email Mastery: Deep understanding of Search Engine User Acquisition and Email Marketing lifecycle strategies.
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency with analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to generate actionable insights from complex data.
- High-Level English: Exceptional spoken and written English proficiency is a must.
Advantages (Nice to Have)
- Technical familiarity with A/B testing platforms (e.g., VWO, Optimizely).
- Experience or familiarity with the E-commerce tech ecosystem.
