SOSA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our finance team. This role reports directly to the CFO and offers an opportunity to play a key role in the company’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Preparation and submission of financial statements and tax reports in Israel and for subsidiaries in the US, Germany, and Brazil

* Responsibility for monthly budget vs. actual reporting across various business units

* Oversight of vendor contracts and budgetary control

* Full responsibility for accounting operations

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in a Big 4 (or leading accounting firm) – required

* Native-level English proficiency – required

* Experience with NetSuite – an advantage

* Strong analytical skills and a proactive, “can-do” mindset with a drive to introduce improvements and efficiencies

* Genuinely interested in innovation, technology and the startup ecosystem
