About the Role

We are looking for an outstanding and driven 3rd-year Electrical Engineering student to join our Radio System & Integration team.

This is a unique opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge wireless communication systems, contributing directly to the integration of real products used in global telecom networks.

As part of the team, you will not just “observe” — you will actively participate in bringing complex radio systems to life, working alongside experienced engineers across RF, hardware, software, and system domains.

• Take part in end-to-end integration of HW & SW radio systems and features
• Define and write test plans (STP) and test procedures for new systems and capabilities
• Build complex test setups and execute manual and automated tests
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for efficient test execution
  
  

• Perform system-level validation, RF measurements, and troubleshooting
• Investigate, track, and analyze defects with a structured engineering approach
• Support cross-domain root-cause analysis (RF, baseband, software)
  
  

• Work closely with RF, system, software, and validation engineers
• Document results and generate clear, high-quality test reports (STR)
• Contribute to improving integration processes and test methodologies
  
  

• Hands-on lab work with advanced RF and system test equipment
• Exposure to real-world telecom systems (microwave, wireless backhaul, 4G/5G)
• Dynamic, collaborative environment with direct technical mentorship
  
  

• 3rd-year B.Sc. student in Electrical Engineering
• Availability for minimum 30 hours per week
• Strong knowledge of RF fundamentals: NF, IP3, Return Loss (RL), PLLs
  
  

• Spectrum Analyzer
• Signal Generator
• Power Meter
• Network Analyzer
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High-level English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and creatively
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
  
  

• Familiarity with digital communication / PHY validation (e.g., QAM)
• Experience writing technical test documentation (STP/STR)
• Programming/scripting experience (Python / MATLAB)
  
  

• Curious and eager to understand how systems really work
• Hands-on and comfortable working in a lab environment
• Motivated to go beyond assignments and take ownership
• Interested in building a real engineering career in RF and systems
