Validation and Integration Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Validation and Integration Engineer to join our system development team and lead the integration, bring-up, and validation of complex hardware platforms.

The role involves working across hardware, firmware, mechanical, and software disciplines to ensure products meet functional, performance, reliability, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system integration and bring-up of complex electronic assemblies and platforms.
• Develop and execute validation plans, test procedures, and qualification activities.
• Perform functional, electrical, and system-level testing to verify product requirements.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across hardware, firmware, and system interfaces.
• Define and automate validation flows to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Analyze test results and provide clear documentation and recommendations.
• Collaborate with HW, PCB, SI, FW, Mechanical, and Manufacturing teams to drive issue resolution.
• Support prototype builds, design verification (DVT), and production readiness activities.
• Manage defect tracking and support root-cause analysis.
• Generate validation reports and maintain test documentation.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in validation, integration, or hardware/system testing.
• Experience with complex electronic systems and hardware bring-up.
• Strong debugging skills using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, power analyzers, and lab equipment.
• Ability to read and understand schematics, board layouts, and system documentation.
• Experience writing test procedures and validation reports.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
