Manufacturing Shift Supervisor

This Manufacturing Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations on the production floor, ensuring that product is produced safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with procedures. This role involves supervising production staff, coordinating workflows, and monitoring performance.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production plans, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Lead, train, and motivate manufacturing operators and technicians.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Creating reports and working with Office.
• Participate in audits and inspections (internal and external).
• Ensure equipment readiness and proper use of tools and materials.
  
  

• Experience in a Medical Device company - an advantage
• Proven experience supervising manufacturing teams.
• Good computer skills (ERP/MES systems, MS Office).
• Ability to read drawings
• Ability to assemble according to detailed instructions accurately
• Ability to work in clean room environment.
• High level of fine motor skills
• Accuracy
• High self-discipline
• English read and understanding
