About the postion

The FDE takes everything we build and lands it inside a real client: you deploy our agents, configure them around that client's market, and grow the account from there. Part engineer, part marketer, part advisor. You'll move between a terminal, a positioning doc, and a client call in the same day, and you'll love it if doing only one of those would bore you.

It's the rare role that turns a performance marketer into an AI wizard on one side and a business advisor on the other. You won't just keep up with where marketing is heading, you'll become one of the best builders in the market.

What you'll do

→ Implement. Wire our agents into the client's stack: APIs, webhooks, CRM, tracking. Get it live, fix it yourself when it breaks.

→ Research. Learn the client's market better than they do: ICP, positioning, where demand lives. Then turn that into how the agents run.

→ Advise + expand. Be their growth advisor, not just their implementer. Find the gaps, call the next move, bring them more of what enso does.

The loop you own: research → implement → launch and tune → advise and expand. End to end, per client. Every cycle teaches us something that goes straight back into the product.

You must

• Come from performance / growth marketing, with the numbers to prove it
• Have built something real that actually shipped: a product, a tool, an automation, a side project people used
• Be on the tech side of marketing having built agent/projects on Lovable , N8N or any other code/vibe coding tool
• Have sold or negotiated something at some point in your life and didn't hate it
• Have taught yourself a new tool or domain fast and put it to work without anyone telling you to

This is not for you if

• You're a pure engineer with no marketing instinct, only ever shipping code
• You're a brand or creative person from a big agency, heavy on decks and storytelling, light on numbers, with nothing you've built yourself
• Dont have startup mentality
