Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an Integration and Systems Operations Specialist for a leading company in the Shfela region.
This role includes managing, operating, and supporting integrations between multiple systems, while ensuring operational stability, monitoring, and effective collaboration with technological and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Connect and operate integrations between various systems, including core systems, archives, external portals, data platforms, and AI tools
Handle integration issues and ensure operational stability
Monitor integration processes and system activity
Work cross-functionally with multiple technological and business stakeholders
Support complex system interfaces and operational processes
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Proven experience integrating complex systems in a large organization
Understanding of event-based processes, queues, and interfaces
Experience working with multiple interfaces and stakeholders
Understanding of operations and data domains
