COMBLACK is hiring a Telephony Systems Support Specialist!
Join a technical role focused on supporting and maintaining telephony systems, working with Call Center platforms, and leading tasks with vendors and cross-functional technology teams.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience in telephony and communication systems — must
- Experience working with Cisco telephony systems — must
- Experience with Call Center, IVR, and Real Time systems — must
- Familiarity with Linux, Windows, and TCP/IP — major advantage
- Familiarity with Information Security concepts — advantage
