IT Computer and Infrastructure Technician | Public Organization

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an IT Computer and Infrastructure Technician for a public organization.

This role includes installing equipment, infrastructure software, and software packages on workstations and servers in small networks, while providing technical support to users and working with external service providers.

Responsibilities:

Install equipment on workstations and servers in small networks

Install infrastructure software and software packages

Provide technical assistance to users

Perform periodic inspections

Work with external service providers

Maintain a high level of service awareness

Work as part of a team

Learn independently and adapt to new technologies

Requirements:

Over 4 years of experience as a Computer Technician is required

Knowledge of system environments is an advantage

Knowledge of Active Directory maintenance and hierarchy

Experience working with print servers, DHCP, DNS, and GPO is an advantage
