COMBLACK is hiring a Help Desk Technical Support Specialist!

Join a hands-on technical support role providing both frontal and remote assistance to employees across the organization. The role includes troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and end-user equipment issues, gathering user requirements, and supporting training and implementation processes.

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience in Help Desk / Technical Support, preferably in a large or governmental organization
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and troubleshooting in a multi-application environment
• Deep knowledge of Office installation, removal, and troubleshooting
• Experience diagnosing end-user equipment issues, including printers, scanners, and computers
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, including user management, account creation, unlocking users, and issue identification
• Strong advantage for knowledge in LAN, DHCP, DNS, GPO, SCCM, scripting, backups, and imaging
