COMBLACK is hiring a Senior Support Engineer!

Join a core systems operations team in a deep technical role focused on the stability, availability, and continuous improvement of a critical Production system in a complex enterprise environment.

The role includes production support, complex troubleshooting, automation and maintenance scripting, working with Linux servers and Oracle databases, and close collaboration with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams.

What are we looking for?

Strong experience writing Python and/or Shell scripts for automation, integration, and maintenance
Proven experience working with Linux, preferably RedHat, in Production environments
Experience working with Oracle databases and writing complex SQL queries
Experience operating critical production systems and analyzing complex technical issues
Ability to work independently, under pressure, and collaborate closely with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams
