IT Support Technician | Tel Aviv | Large Defense Organization

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an IT Support Technician for a large defense organization in Tel Aviv.

This role includes providing end-user support at the organization’s main site, handling technical issues, supporting endpoint equipment, and taking part in large-scale IT projects.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to end users at the organization’s main site

Handle network, communication, and endpoint equipment issues

Install software and operating systems

Manage software distributions and technical troubleshooting

Support and resolve user and system-related incidents

Take part in large IT projects

Provide frontal and remote technical support

Support multimedia systems, meeting rooms, conference call setups, communication infrastructure, networks, and system environments

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in frontal and remote technical support

Knowledge of the PC environment, operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and mobile devices

Experience supporting multimedia systems, meeting rooms, conference call systems, communication infrastructure, networks, and system environments

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, including installation and support

Experience preparing workstation images

Professional courses and/or certification such as CCNA or MCSE are an advantage

Willingness to undergo security clearance is required
