Computer and Network Technician | Northern Israel | Large Client

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Computer and Network Technician for a large client in Northern Israel.

This role includes troubleshooting endpoint equipment, supporting communication infrastructure, managing users and permissions, and providing hands-on technical support in a medium-to-large organizational environment.

Responsibilities:

Identify and resolve issues with endpoint equipment, including computers, printers, scanners, TV screens, and additional devices

Handle TCP/IP communication issues

Manage users and permissions in Active Directory and Exchange environments

Manage small and medium-scale projects

Independently manage a professional technical domain

Provide remote-control support

Handle information security incidents

Support systems that are not infrastructure or system-related

Define user needs at different technical levels

Work with IP and analog telephony equipment

Requirements:

3 years of experience as a Computer Technician in a medium-sized organization or larger is required

Experience with IP telephony systems

Significant experience and full proficiency working with Active Directory and Exchange

Knowledge of TCP/IP communication

Experience working with remote-control tools and information security

Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office environments

Experience supporting AS400 environments
