Identity Infrastructure Specialist | Tel Aviv | Medical Organization

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an Identity Infrastructure Specialist for a medical organization in Tel Aviv.

This role includes working with identity and infrastructure systems, supporting development teams, maintaining core platforms, and leading infrastructure tasks and projects in a Microsoft-based environment.

Responsibilities:

Learn and gain expertise in the products and systems managed by the team

Implement tasks as part of the team’s quarterly work plan

Design infrastructure architecture for systems under the team’s responsibility

Support and assist development teams

Perform ongoing system maintenance

Support and lead infrastructure projects

Write scripts for infrastructure-related needs

Perform performance and load testing

Handle production issues and troubleshooting

Manage production deployments and transitions

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems, or graduate of relevant military technology units, or advanced professional courses in the field

At least 6 years of professional experience working with Microsoft infrastructure environments, including Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform

Proven and extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments, including OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Power Apps

Proven experience writing complex PowerShell-based scripts

Knowledge of Exchange On-Prem and Exchange Online-based systems
