Systems Analyst | Central Israel | Financial Organization

Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Systems Analyst for a financial organization in Central Israel.

This role includes analyzing and defining business and technical requirements, reviewing existing processes, designing new workflows, and leading end-to-end system solutions in a professional and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Define and analyze business and technical requirements

Analyze existing processes and define new work processes

Work directly with clients and business stakeholders

Lead end-to-end system solutions

Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM, and advanced technologies

Collaborate with multiple interfaces across the organization

Influence and improve organizational processes

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in systems analysis

Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Experience defining business requirements and writing functional and technical specification documents

Ability to work with clients and business stakeholders

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent interpersonal skills
