Hardware Integration Technician

This is an opportunity to join a hardware team developing advanced defense systems and take part in integration, assembly, testing, and field trials.

Looking for a junior Electronics Technician / Practical Engineer with a strong technical mindset, hands-on approach, and motivation to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

• Electronic and mechanical assembly of systems and sub-systems
• Soldering, wiring, repairs, and modifications of boards, cables, and harnesses
• Integration of hardware components such as rugged computers, cameras, sensors, power supplies, and communication interfaces
• Performing electronic and functional testing and initial debugging
• Participation in field tests, installations, system testing, and troubleshooting
• Close collaboration with hardware, software, algorithms, and mechanical teams
• Documentation of tests, issues, and assembly processes

Requirements:

• Practical Engineering diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics or relevant military technical background
• Hands-on experience in assembly, soldering, wiring, testing, or system building
• Strong technical mindset, responsibility, and willingness to learn
• Independent and practical problem-solving skills
• Team player with attention to detail and organized work habits
• Willingness to work both in the lab and occasionally in the field
• Experience with cable harnesses and connectors – advantage
• Familiarity with lab equipment such as multimeters, power supplies, and oscilloscopes – advantage
• Experience with Linux and/or NVIDIA Jetson – advantage
• Background in cameras, sensors, communication interfaces, or military systems – advantage
• Experience with maker projects, 3D printing, Arduino / ESP32, or similar – advantage
