409A Valuation Analyst / Appraiser (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to review and sign off on 409A valuation reports. We create the complete 409a valuation using an advanced AI-based valuation engine. The reviewer will review, make necessary recommendations or changes and finally sign-off on the valuation once the customer has reviewed and approved. The reviewer can access, review, edit, re-evaluate the valuation using our advanced interface.

The ideal candidate will possess one or more of CVA, ABV, CFA, ASA or CPA certification and have at least 5 years of relevant experience in 409A valuation services, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record of defending valuations, ensuring they apply sound valuation methods (market, income, asset) and strictly adhere to IRS guidelines for defensible, accurate fair market value (FMV) reports.
