Financial Controller

We are looking for a motivated, high-potential Controller to join our team. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will take full ownership of the company’s books while driving process improvements and collaborating across the organization. Responsibilitie

Full responsibility for all accounting activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in accordance with US GAAP.

Own the preparation of the annual budget and ongoing forecasts, including monthly and quarterly budget tracking and reporting to department leaders.

Partner with the CFO on financial strategy, planning, and long-term financial modelling.

Manage cash flow planning and ongoing cash management activities.

Identify and implement improvements in financial processes, internal controls, and workflows across the organization.

Collaborate closely with R&D, Operations, and management to resolve financial discrepancies, support project needs, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Oversee tax reporting, annual filings, and statutory compliance, coordinating with external auditors and advisors.

Supervise payroll processes and ensure accurate accounting of employee benefits and social provisions.

Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and tailored reports to support executive decision-making

Requirement

*Certified Public Accountant with a BA in Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

*Strong hands-on knowledge of US GAAP.

*Up to 3 years of experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller in a hi-tech company.

*Experience working with public companies or US-reporting entities is an advantage.

*Strong working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

*High proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

*Ability to integrate AI capabilities to improve and make a more efficient workflows and analytics.

*Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

*Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
