We're growing and looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineering Team Lead to join our innovative robotics and automation company in the Sharon region, Israel.

🔹 Lead the mechanical development of advanced robotic and automation systems

🔹 Design complex mechanisms and machine assemblies using SolidWorks

🔹 Work closely with software, electrical, controls, and manufacturing teams

🔹 Drive projects from concept, prototyping, and testing through production

🔹 Mentor and support a growing team of engineers

🤖 Join the control team to develop innovative industrial automation systems

Requirements

✅ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering

✅ 10+ years of experience in mechanical design and machine development

✅ Strong hands-on experience with SolidWorks

✅ Proven experience developing systems that integrate mechanisms, motion systems, controls, and pneumatics

✅ Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills

⭐ Experience leading engineering teams

⭐ Experience developing products for serial production/manufacturing

⭐ Background in robotics, automation, or industrial machinery
