Head of Game Economy

Wanted: Head of Game Economy for a Gaming company in Tel Aviv. This is a very rewarding full-time and On-site position.

The chosen candidate will spearhead the company's game economy vision, playing a pivotal role in shaping long-term strategic roadmaps across a dynamic B2C gaming portfolio. This leadership position offers a unique opportunity to build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team while directly influencing global player retention, engagement, and monetization. Job Responsibilities:

● Define, lead, and execute the comprehensive game economy vision, strategy, and product roadmaps across the entire gaming portfolio.

● Build, mentor, and manage a professional Game Economy team, fostering growth and establishing best practices for economy design and balancing.

● Design, balance, and optimize end-to-end game economies—including resource generation, sinks, progression systems, and reward structures—to maximize revenue and engagement.

● Drive data-informed decisions by analyzing player behavior and economy health metrics, while leading the planning, execution, and analysis of A/B tests.

Job Requirements:

● 5+ years of hands-on experience in Game Economy, Economy Design, or Monetization within the gaming industry, with a significant advantage in Social Casino, Slots, or Real-Money Gaming.

● 3+ years of proven experience successfully managing, leading, and developing professional teams.

● Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

● Advanced Excel skills combined with professional proficiency in SQL and BI tools (such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI) to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

● Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site startup environment.
