Human Resources Recruiting Manager

We are looking for an HR & Recruitment Manager who knows that winning recruitment is a killer combination of creative marketing, data analysis, and technological curiosity.

What you’ll do:

• Lead Recruitment & HR Strategy: Manage E2E recruitment processes while overseeing the employee lifecycle (Onboarding, welfare, and retention).
• Hands-on Active Hunting: Source top talent using advanced sourcing methodologies (Boolean, X-Ray, etc.).
• Employer Branding: Write creative, marketing-driven job descriptions and build an attractive digital presence for the company.
• Data-Driven Recruitment: Analyze recruitment data, identify bottlenecks in the funnel, and drive solutions to optimize Conversion Rate and Time-to-Hire.
• Tech Innovation: Implement AI tools and automations to elevate the candidate experience and streamline daily organizational workflows.

What you need to bring:

• Proven Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience managing recruitment processes. Preference for technology, digital, or marketing recruitment – a must.
• Marketing Mindset: Exceptional copy skills that stop the scroll, combined with engaging communication that connects with passive candidates.
• Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency with AI tools, sourcing tools, and ATS platforms. Familiarity with automation tools – a major advantage.
• Analytical Skills: Deep understanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to derive data-driven insights.
• High Independence: Strong self-management skills, a systemic vision, and the ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact (not just urgency).
