Sales Data Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to support our global sales organization. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving critical sales, customer, partner, and product data while collaborating with multiple teams across the business.

What You'll Do:

• Review, validate, and maintain sales-related data across multiple business systems.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across customer, partner, and product databases.

• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies while supporting internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and operational efficiency.

• Lead and support data and process improvement initiatives from planning through implementation.

• Contribute to the optimization of sales operations and business workflows.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, business analysis, data management, or similar roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and drive projects independently.

• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar business systems is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
