SQL & BI Developer

FMR develops end-to-end technological solutions for a wide range of organizations in the Israeli capital market, including comprehensive systems, customized software solutions, and unique financial models.

We are looking for a talented SQL & BI Developer to join our Financial Division.

This role focuses on the development and optimization of databases and SQL processes across the organization, including writing complex queries, developing Stored Procedures, performance tuning, and supporting business processes and information systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain databases in Microsoft SQL Server
• Write complex SQL queries, Views, Functions, and Stored Procedures
• Optimize and improve query and process performance
• Analyze business requirements and provide technological solutions
• Troubleshoot issues, monitor system performance, and perform ongoing maintenance
• Develop and support ETL processes as needed

Requirments

• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server
• Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries
• Experience with Stored Procedures, Functions, and Triggers
• Experience in performance optimization and tuning
• Strong understanding of data structures and Database Design
• Experience working with multi-user systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Advantage

• Experience with SSIS / SSRS / SSAS
• Knowledge of Cognos
• Experience working in production environments and supporting critical systems
• Familiarity with financial systems / pension & provident fund systems
