VP of Product Management

Medisafe is looking for a talented, experienced, and hands-on leader for our Product department,to build its strategy, implement relevant work processes, and take the team to the next level, building world-class digital adherence solutions for our consumers and business clients.

The Opportunity

You will own the product vision, strategy, and execution across our entire B2B2C platform.
You’ll shape what we build, how we build it, and how fast we move.
You’ll partner directly with executive leadership, influence company direction, and build a high-performing product organization that delivers measurable patient and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the execution and success of Medisafe’s B2B2C product suite.
Improve competitiveness, scale and broaden the company’s offering in order to achieve competitive advantage.
Responsible for designing and building internal tools to increase our implementation efficiency and scalability.
Attend client meetings, alongside Sales to present and demonstrate the Product – US Time zone
Be an active partner in building Medisafe’s product strategy and roadmap.
Oversee all product-related activities including prioritization, feature definition, user experience, UI/UX and quality.
Defining the Product team’s growth plan and strategy.
Managing, coaching, and mentoring your team members (Product Managers and UI/UX designers).
Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget and timeline for new initiatives.

Requirements:

5 years of experience as a product leader (leading a B2B2C product – an advantage)
Led and scaled product organizations (multiple PMs + Designers)
Worked closely with executive leadership and influenced company strategy
Driven measurable business growth through product innovation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Must be able to have flexible working hours to work with partners worldwide
Experience in Digital Health / Healthcare — strong advantage

Our office is located in downtown Haifa, a walking distance from the train station. We work hybrid.
