Product Manager – OTC & Consumer Health | Shoham, Israel

Padagis is looking for a Product Manager to join our OTC and Dermocosmetics Marketing team in Shoham.

Our marketing team leads the development and promotion of a portfolio of leading brands for both consumers and healthcare professionals. We’re looking for a driven marketing professional who brings a strong understanding of digital, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.

About the Role

• Lead product management activities, including strategy development and marketing mix execution
• Analyze financial performance and marketing data
• Manage marketing budgets
• Work closely with advertising and PR agencies, as well as internal sales and medical teams
• Support the creation of professional materials and marketing plans for healthcare audiences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Economics, or Business Administration – required
• MBA with a marketing specialization – an advantage
• At least 3 years of proven experience managing OTC, dietary supplements, or consumer health brands (from strategy through execution)
• Strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing, including digital platforms and engagement with healthcare professionals (physicians and pharmacists)
• Experience developing professional marketing materials and working with field teams
• Understanding of pharmacy retail environments, including merchandising and promotional planning
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in a matrix organization
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical capabilities
