RF Antenna Project Manager

🚀 RF Antenna Project Manager (Defense Industry)

We are looking for a RF Antenna Project Manager to join a leading defense technology organization and take ownership of complex, multidisciplinary RF and antenna development projects from concept through delivery.

📌 Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of RF antenna development and production projects, working closely with engineering teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. You will lead technical execution while ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to strict quality standards.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle RF antenna projects from requirements definition to final delivery
• Write and manage technical documentation including Specifications (SOW), system requirements, and technical proposals
• Define and track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including technical alignment and performance monitoring
• Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces (RF, mechanical, electronics, reliability, and environmental teams)
• Identify risks and drive mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead technical reviews and status meetings with internal teams, management, and customers
• Ensure compliance with cost, schedule, and quality objectives

🎯 Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Physics / Communication Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in technical project management or systems engineering
• Strong background in RF systems, antennas, or multidisciplinary engineering projects
• Experience working with subcontractors and external vendors
• Proven ability to write technical specifications and manage engineering documentation
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel or similar)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
• High level of English (technical)
