In this role, you will lead technical and commercial pre‑sales activities, own customer interactions, deliver impactful demos, and support RFx responses, POCs, and solution design. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping expand our installed base and win new opportunities.
What you will do
- Lead end‑to‑end customer engagements, from discovery through solution positioning to deal closure support
- Run structured discovery sessions, identifying business needs, use cases, and decision criteria
- Deliver and own customer‑facing presentations, demos, and workshops with clear, value‑driven messaging
- Take ownership of RFx responses, POCs, and solution design, ensuring alignment with customer requirements
- Partner closely with Sales to shape opportunities, identify risks, and contribute to winning strategies
- Manage multiple opportunities in parallel, coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders
- Build strong expertise in Cognyte solutions, architecture, and integrations, and apply it in customer contexts
What we’re looking for
- Experience in pre‑sales / solution engineering (4+ years – advantage)
- Strong customer‑facing, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of activities and deliverables
- Ability to act as a trusted technical advisor within defined engagements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willingness to travel (30-40%)
- French speaking is a big advantage
