This is a full-time, on-site position for a כלכלן (Economist) at Rambam Health Care Campus, located in Ramot Menashe. The role involves financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to support hospital operations. The chosen candidate will create, maintain, and analyze financial reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and assist in decision-making processes to ensure efficient expense management. The role also includes performing financial research, cost evaluations, and financial modeling to contribute to organizational growth and strategic goals.

• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Experience with data analysis, preparation of financial reports, and understanding KPIs
• Proficiency in financial tools and software with analytical capabilities
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with complex data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Teamwork-driven mindset, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are an advantage
• Familiarity with health sector financial operations is a strong advantage
