Director of Resource Mobilization and Partner Communities

• Lead, develop, and implement strategies for fundraising and philanthropic engagement across diverse sectors of Israeli society, including identifying opportunities and initiating actions to expand the university’s philanthropic support network in Israel and among Jewish communities abroad.
• Build and strengthen relationships between the university and donors from the private and business sectors; identify and approach new potential donors while maintaining existing relationships.
• Promote the university’s mission, activities, and unique strengths to various target audiences.
• Maintain ongoing personal relationships with current and prospective donors and partners to support long-term collaboration.
• Initiate and organize visits, delegations, and special events for the purpose of fundraising and partnership development.
• Develop proposals and projects aimed at creating philanthropic collaborations.
• Be responsible for donor reporting and tracking the progress of funded projects.
• Perform additional tasks as required by the supervisor.

Reporting to: Head of Partnerships Development and Donor Relations

Job Requirements

• At least 7 years of proven experience in fundraising and partnership development in Israel.
• Strong familiarity with the Israeli philanthropic landscape.
• Native-level Hebrew.
• Very high level of English.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse target audiences.
• Experience in implementing action plans involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• High proficiency in computerized work environments.
• Academic degree required.

Additional Details

• Full-time position (100%) under a personal contract.
• The role requires flexibility in working hours and international travel as needed
