We are seeking a talented and experienced Technological Project Manager,

To be a part of an exciting and new project with a leading organization and lead large-scale, cross-functional, and complex projects within financial institutions. The role requires expertise in managing technically oriented projects, digital transformation initiatives, and technological innovation programs.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical capabilities with deep business understanding and the ability to bridge business needs with advanced technological solutions. This role involves leading strategic processes, managing multiple stakeholders, and delivering significant business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-organizational projects while collaborating with both business and technology units.
• Translate business requirements into high-level technological specifications and solutions.
• Work closely with vendors, global teams, and development teams in both Cloud and On-Prem environments.
• Build and manage project plans, budgets, risks, timelines, and success metrics for large-scale initiatives.
• Lead steering committees and coordinate with senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering & Management (specializing in Information Systems), or relevant advanced Information Systems courses.
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale projects within financial institutions or technology organizations.
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to work closely with architects, Data Scientists, and development teams.
• Proven experience working in complex, multi-interface environments.
• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with project management tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading teams in a matrix environment.
