Cybersecurity & AI Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Cyber Security Architect to design, secure, and elevate our organizational information systems and cyber defenses. Operating at the very heart of Israel's defense and national security ecosystem, our organization tackles complex, mission-critical challenges.

In this pivotal role, you will lead end-to-end technological and strategic cyber initiatives across Cloud and On-Premises environments. You will be responsible for defining security architectures, driving secure product life cycles (SSDLC), conducting cutting-edge Threat Modeling (including AI/GenAI systems), and ensuring resilience against sophisticated threats. • Security Architecture & Design: Map corporate information systems and define robust cybersecurity architectures, controls, and guardrails across hybrid environments (Cloud & On-Prem).
• Strategic Security Leadership: Drive organizational and technological processes in cyber defense, network security, IT infrastructure, and secure development life cycles (SSDLC).
• AI & Next-Gen Security: Perform advanced Threat Modeling and risk analysis specifically tailored for AI, LLM, and GenAI applications.
• Assessments & Penetration Testing: Lead comprehensive architecture reviews, oversee penetration testing (PT), and guide complex tech projects from inception to deployment.
• Policy & Governance: Establish and enforce corporate information security guidelines, communication protocols, and infrastructure compliance standards.
• Compliance Excellence: Ensure alignment and adherence to strict regulatory frameworks and standards, including GRC, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CSA, and NIST.

• Proven Track Record: At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in information security and cybersecurity, including a proven background in managing and leading complex cyber projects – Must.
• Cloud Mastery: Deep familiarity with cloud environments, architectures, and Landing Zones (LZ) across AWS, Azure, or GCP – Must.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Extensive experience working directly with IT, infrastructure, and R&D/Development teams – Must.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven experience driving projects and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders – Must.
• SSDLC Expertise: Deep experience implementing and executing Secure Software Development Life Cycle processes – Significant Advantage.
• AI/GenAI Security: Strong familiarity with the Artificial Intelligence landscape, LLMs, and their associated security risks/vulnerabilities – Significant Advantage.
• Hands-on Security Testing: Experience in secure code reviews or practical Penetration Testing (PT) – Advantage.
• Enterprise Background: Experience working within large-scale, enterprise-grade organizations – Advantage.
• Vendor Management: Experience collaborating with external vendors, contractors, and technology partners – Advantage.
