We are looking for a hands-on, proactive IT Specialist to take ownership of our day-to-day IT operations.
This is a part-time position.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of the company's IT environment and day-to-day operations.
- Manage users, permissions, devices, and access across company systems
- Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot issues end-to-end
- Work with Windows and Mac environments, including setup, configuration, and maintenance
- Support and maintain cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Assist with server administration, Active Directory, Group Policies, permissions, and related infrastructure
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Collaborate with employees and managers across the organization to ensure a smooth and productive IT experience
What We're Looking For
- High level of English, both written and spoken
- 1–3 years of relevant IT experience, or military service in a relevant technical role
- Experience supporting Windows and Mac environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, and user management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- High level of ownership, independence, and initiative
- Service-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies
Nice to Have
- Experience with automation, scripting, or AI tools
- Experience with server administration and infrastructure management
- Familiarity with cloud environments and SaaS platforms
