Real Time Group and College an experienced part time PPC Freelancer to join our team and lead a hands-on, results-driven digital marketing operation.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn and TikTok Ads.

Develop and execute advertising strategies aligned with target audiences and business goals.

Create compelling ad messaging and creative concepts.

Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.

Analyze results, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations.

Work closely with our Sales team to support business growth.

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience (5+ years) managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Experience with LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads.

Excellent Hebrew copywriting skills.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and ability to work independently.

Strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion funnels, creative strategy, and performance analysis.

Availability to work at least 2 days per week from the office.

Nice to have:

Experience in education, training, online courses, higher education, or recruitment.

Familiarity with CRM systems, landing pages, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager

(GTM).

Experience with Canva and AI-powered marketing tools.

Position Details:

Hybrid role.

Part-time (3 days per week).
