Real Estate Financial Analyst – Asset Management Dep

Buligo Capital, a publicly-traded real estate investment firm based in Ramat Gan, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented junior financial analyst to join our Asset Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in U.S. real estate investments, portfolio strategy, investor marketing, and financial analysis while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

·       Prepare investment memorandums, fundraising materials, and Hebrew/English presentation materials

on market trends, real estate sectors, asset performance, and investment opportunities for internal and

external stakeholders.

·       Build and maintain financial models for potential acquisitions and asset performance

·       Analyze monthly financial reports and participate in performance meetings with property managers

·    Assist in preparing quarterly investor reports and provide input on annual property budgets and

appraisals Collaborate with our U.S.-based operating partners throughout the investment lifecycle

·      Identify and implement technology/AI solutions to streamline asset management processes

Financial Analyst Requirements

·       1-3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, asset management, or financial analysis

·       Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

·       Excellent written and verbal communication in both Hebrew and English

·       Ability to translate complex financial, market, and real estate topics into clear presentation materials

·       Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities, with excellent attention to detail

·       Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
