Planning and Control Engineer

Planning and Control Engineer | Central District | IAI – Missile & Space Systems Division

We are looking for a Planning and Control Engineer to join the Defense Systems Factory at IAI’s Missile & Space Systems Division.

The position includes:

• Planning, monitoring, and controlling the project throughout its lifecycle
• Conducting critical budget control and financial oversight
• Performing risk assessments and constructing project work plans
• Generating project status reports and establishing an ongoing situational overview
• Collaborating with multiple interfaces, including IAI subcontractors, the finance department, and factory management
• Providing ongoing reports to the division, board of directors, external auditors, and banks
• Handling additional operational aspects of the project, including purchase requisitions and delivery notes

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, or Business Administration – required
• At least 2 years of experience in planning and control – required
• High proficiency in MS Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Excel – required
• Familiarity with SAP and project WBS management – significant advantage
• Experience in building and monitoring work plans – advantage
• Experience in generating purchase requisitions – advantage
• Familiarity with MS Project – advantage
• Strong analytical skills, teamwork abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure and handle multitasking
• Willingness to work overtime
