System Engineer

The Role:

We are looking for a Systems Engineer & Technical Project Manager to lead the system-level architecture, integration, technical execution, and field support of advanced unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) platforms. This role connects mechanical, electrical, and operational teams, ensuring complex subsystems come together into a reliable, field-ready product.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead system architecture across vehicle, power, communication, RF, control, sensing, autonomy, and payload domains.
• Integrate multidisciplinary subsystems and manage interfaces between platforms, sensors, radios, antennas, control stations, and mission payloads.
• Lead system verification, field integration, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis to ensure reliable operational performance.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.
• 3+ years of experience in robotics, autonomous systems, defense, RF, automotive, or heavy-duty platforms.
• Strong background in communication architectures (CAN, Ethernet), RF systems, embedded integration, power systems, and multidisciplinary troubleshooting.
