Gyro is building AI agents that autonomously recover money airlines owe passengers.
We scan inboxes. Detect eligible claims. File them. Collect. All without human involvement.
We need someone who will own the claims operation today and make themselves redundant tomorrow, by training the AI agents that replace manual work.
What you'll do:
Own the full claim lifecycle - filing, airline communication, collection, payouts.
Manage and optimize the operational layer that supports the AI pipeline.
Work with the AI team to identify patterns, define rules, and train agents to handle more cases autonomously.
Build the feedback loop: every edge case becomes training data for the next automation.
Design the operational playbook that the agents will eventually run on their own.
Track collection rates, response times, and automation coverage as your core KPIs.
What we're looking for:
5+ years in operations, process design, or claims management.
Someone who thinks in systems, not tasks - you see a manual process and immediately think about how to automate it.
Comfortable working directly with engineers and AI models.
Experience in airlines, insurance, legal, or regulated industries is a big advantage.
Strong English communication.
Experience with AI tools.
Creative thinking.
You measure everything. If it's not tracked, it doesn't exist.

You'll report directly to the CEO and work daily with the CTO and AI team.
