IT System Implementor – Valid Security Clearance (02/03) MUST

In this role, you will collaborate with our expert team to learn and support the implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, driving accurate IT discovery, service mapping, and integrations across both cloud and on-premises environments.

This role is ideal for candidates looking to transition from IT infrastructure roles into ServiceNow and ITOM specialization.

Responsibilities

· Support the deployment, configuration, and management of ServiceNow Discovery and Event Management solutions to discover, monitor, and map IT assets (cloud/on-prem)

· Assist in the technical implementation of project delivery, including configuration, development support, and unit testing

· Support integration of Discovery with CMDB, Incident, and Change Management modules

· Participate in customer design workshops and internal sessions related to ServiceNow Platform, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB

· Troubleshoot, optimize, and document Discovery processes with guidance from senior team members

· Contribute to integrations between ServiceNow and external systems

· Assist in documenting solutions, configurations, and best practices

Qualifications

· 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure (e.g., system administration, networking, cloud, DevOps, NOC)

· Basic scripting skills (JavaScript / Python / Shell)

· Strong understanding of IT fundamentals (servers, operating systems, networking, virtualization, cloud)

· Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

· demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and apply new technologies and enterprise platforms

· Valid Israeli Security Clearance (level 02/03) – MUST

Advantages

· Familiarity with ServiceNow platform (Administration / ITSM / basic development)

· Understanding of CMDB concepts (CI Class hierarchy, Identification rules, Reconciliation)

· Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP

· Basic knowledge of Kubernetes / containers
