Job description:

Percepto is a leading online reputation and digital communications agency, operating globally and serving leading international clients since 2007.

We are looking for a sharp, highly organized, native-level English-speaking digital account manager to join us on a part-time freelance basis.

This is a mostly remote role for someone who enjoys working with international clients, understands digital communications, and can combine client management with hands-on management of digital platforms and projects, including research, content creation and amplification, project coordination, and day-to-day maintenance and optimization of various digital platforms.

Percepto works with high-profile companies, business leaders and high net-worth individuals worldwide, helping them build, manage, and strengthen their online image.

We are looking for someone proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a small, senior-led team where priorities can shift quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Manage selected international client accounts, including day-to-day communications.
•  Build strong professional relationships with clients and understand their needs, sensitivities, and priorities.
• Manage and support digital communications, online reputation, SEO, content, personal branding, and website-related projects.
• Take ownership of hands-on client tasks - learn new topics quickly, lead research and review processes, and implement practical actions across SEO, content, online profiles, websites, and digital presence projects.
• Assist with other account management, marketing, operational, and business development tasks.
• Use AI tools and LLMs effectively for research, drafting, summarizing, planning, and productivity, while applying strong judgment and quality control.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to diverse clients, industries, and task types. They should be comfortable managing client relationships, taking ownership of projects, learning new topics quickly, and working independently in a small, senior-led team.

The role requires managing multiple clients and tasks simultaneously, advancing projects, and maintaining a high standard of quality, professionalism, and discretion.
