We're building the AI layer that changes how people communicate, connect, and understand each other in the world of online dating and dating apps.
And we're not starting from zero. We're already live, with an active product in the market and real users. We've reached product-market fit and validated the model, and now we're focused on one thing: scaling. This is only the beginning. We're on our way to becoming an inseparable part of how people interact every day, with a core audience of 18 to 35. We're looking for a senior Creative Strategist to lead the entire creative engine behind our growth. This is a strategy and direction role, not hands-on editing. You decide what we create and why, and you take the content from our influencers and our video and turn it into creative that converts viewers into users who download the app. Editors and creators execute; you lead the vision.
What you'll do
- Lead our creative strategy across influencer video, UGC, and paid social, with one clear goal: more downloads.
- Direct and manage our influencer collaborations and video editors, turning raw footage into content that performs.
- Build a creative testing system (hooks, formats, angles, and CTAs) and scale what works.
- Lead the creative for our Meta and TikTok campaigns, making sure every asset is built to convert.
- Read creative performance (watch time, clicks, conversion to install) and translate the data into the next round of content.
- Keep a steady flow of fresh creative so our content and ads never go stale.
What you'll need
- Proven experience in creative strategy, with a strong focus on growth and performance marketing, and social content, ideally for apps or brands.
- A track record of video or ad creative that drove measurable results, not just views.
- Deep understanding of short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and what makes people stop scrolling.
- Experience creating and directing creative for paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
- A strong creative eye combined with genuine comfort reading data.
- Experience writing briefs and directing creators, influencers, and editors.

- Experience scaling creative at an early-stage startup.
- A sense for storytelling and emotion, not just performance.
